Shipping Policy — The Grateful Grind

Every order is roasted fresh to order and shipped directly from our roasting partner's FDA-registered facility in the United States.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is a flat $5.75 per order. Standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more.

Fulfillment Time

This is the time to roast, pack, and hand off to the carrier — it does not include transit time.

• Standard fulfillment: 3–4 business days from your order date.
• Orders are not processed on weekends or US holidays.
• Large orders (75+ items) may take slightly longer.

Transit Time

• We ship via UPS or USPS, depending on destination.
• Transit is typically 3–4 business days via ground service once the order ships.

Total delivery time is usually 6–8 business days from your order date (fulfillment + transit).

Coverage

• We ship within the United States. Delivery to P.O. boxes cannot be guaranteed.

Order Tracking

• A tracking number is automatically emailed to you once your coffee ships.
• A "Label Created" status means the label was generated but the carrier may not have scanned the package yet. If tracking hasn't updated for 5+ days, contact us at thegratefulgrind5@gmail.com.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages sent to an incorrect or insufficient address will be returned to the fulfillment facility, and reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.
